Last word in foul weather commuting
I've been commuting with the bag for about a year now in Connecticut. I was previously using a Ortlieb roll top pannier but when i moved and my commute changed to a mountain bike ride a backpack was needed. The suspension is good, the waist strap is thin and won't do much but stabilize the load. The shoulder straps however are great, contoured and padded just right, very comfortable. The bag went thru all last winter with 0F morning commutes with no problems from the cold and may a pouring rain ride home. I have never seen a drop of water on the inside and trust my phone and laptop in the bag during even the heavies downpours.

I also have the organizer which if you are commuting i would recommend, without it the bag is just one big hole. One of the best investments I've ever made...
I bought this after losing a set of electrical chargers to a soaked backpack at a rainy outdoor festival in Galveston, Texas. The bag is an oval shape that makes it easy to lash to the rack on the back of my motorbike. I am perfectly comfortable putting my 15" Mac Book and iPad inside while riding about Houston where a sporadic thunderstorm is certainly not unheard of. Cleaning up after a day outside at the beach or park is as easy as a quick rinse and air dry.

I purchased this bag on Amazon in February after careful review of multiple websites and their reviews. Since then it has seen both coasts of the US, Belgium and...
