Good tent pole bag but...
I bought two of the 4.5 x 32 Tent pole Bags. The bags are thin single stitched nylon with a gathering cord at one end. Not anything like the product photo shown there are no straps only a single string with plastic tie at one end. It would be a good tent pole bag if the price was what it was worth maybe two or three dollars. They weigh one(1) ounce, so shipping should be under a dollar. I was charged, $10.71 each shipping included $21.42 total for two bags. Anyone looking at these bags would say $21.42, no way!

Tent Pole Bag
I ordered the smaller bag and it is not exactly as pictured. It does not have a strap in the middle, but rather a drawstring at the top. But the bag will work for my purpose. I was looking for a bag to store trekking poles, and they are quite expensive. This is a suitable alternative with a much lower price. I might consider buying for other storage purposes other than tent poles.
Actual Item Not As Pictured
I ordered the 4.5 x 32 tent pole bag and did notice the review from a year earlier stating they received a bag that was not as pictured. I figured that after over a year, surely they would have things corrected. I was wrong! I received the same cheap, flimsy green nylon bag with a cheap draw cord and it did not have the pictured fold over flap and or strapping loops. I would be hard pressed to even pay one dollar for what I received.
The vendor did respond stating that their supplier did not inform them of the change and was helpful in dealing with the problem.
